Bishop Dr. Rudolf Q. Kwanue Sr is a consecrated and internationally Licensed Presiding Bishop of the “Christian Leaders Connection” CLC. He is the presiding Bishop, Founder, President and Chancellor of Rudolf Kwanue University College, a university approved and licensed by the Government of Liberia through the National Commission on Higher Education (NCHE). Fully accredited by the International Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (IQAHE) and several other accreditation bodies. Bishop Dr. Rudolf Kwanue is also the Founder and President of Grace International Bible University.

Francis C. Chishala is a Zambian Jesuit priest and trained journalist. He holds a certificate in teaching from Charles Lwanga College of Education (1997) and a diploma in freelance journalism from Writers Bureau (2008). He obtained BA Honors degree from the University of Zimbabwe (2003). He obtained BA Honors degree (2009). He a BA in Theology (2011). He obtained an MA from John Carroll University in Ohio, USA in Communications Management specializing in Public Relations in 2015.
